Legal structure

The "Defense of Freedom" organization has a legal basis, with special applications submitted to various international institutions and competent bodies. To ensure that the content of these applications carries legal force independently, rather than relying on the fact that they were submitted to these institutions and international bodies — where, in theory, unscrupulous staff members could ignore or fail to process applications fully — the content of these applications is notarized, with the right to transfer and use it to third parties. The legal framework is based on several legal norms, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the European Convention on Human Rights, and a number of other primary and complementary legal bodies.

The purpose of these statements is to create financial penalties for countries or companies that could infringe on the freedom of citizens of the European Union, the United States of America, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.

Contract

The contract between "Defense of Freedom" and the user grants the right to use the same legal framework and exclusive principles, opening the opportunity to protect oneself in a matter of minutes, knowing that if freedom is violated, the company or country that committed it will bear financial liability.

Bank account

After signing a contract with "Defense of Freedom", the user must open a special account at any bank or use an existing account to deposit a security deposit for contract execution. The amount can be any, but it must not be less than 100 euros. This is necessary to ensure that the legal structure includes the security deposit as the basis for fixing the amount of the claim.

Confirmation document

After signing the contract and fulfilling the contractual obligations, including opening or using an existing account to form a security deposit for contract execution, the user receives a document based on the legal concept of "Freedom Protection," confirming the legal force of the financial obligations of the freedom violators. 

Financial obligations are as follows: the deposit amount multiplied by one thousand.

The security deposit must be permanent and unused, so we recommend opening a special account in one of the mobile banks or a virtual account for free storage of the security deposit.

Anyone whose freedoms have been violated in the past will have the right to financial claims, which can be pursued through the courts either individually or collectively with other users.

"Defense of Freedom" provides assistance and support only in the case of class action lawsuits against companies or countries.
